1. Services

Mythic Metalworks provides:

• Welding and metal repair

• Custom fabrication 

• Metal Restoration 

• Structural or decorative work as agreed upon

All services are subject to an approved quote, project scope, and availability.

We reserve the right to decline any project due to safety concerns, incomplete information, or feasibility issues. 

​

2. Quotes & Estimates

​

• Quotes are based on information provided by the customer 

• Any changes in design, dimensions, materials, or scope may result in a revised quote.

• Quotes may include material cost, labor, equipment fees, and estimated turnaround times.

• Estimates are not guaranteed until formally approved

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

​

Unless otherwise stated:

​

• Custom fabrication typically requires a deposit before work begins.

• Remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or installation.

• We accept the payment methods listed on our invoices or website.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

You agree to:

​

• Provide accurate measurements, design details, and project requirements

• Ensure that all provided materials or components are safe and suitable for welding or fabrication

• Review and approve design drawings or mockups before work begins

• Pick up completed items within the agreed timeframe (Storage fees may apply after a set period)

Mythic Metalworks is not liable for faults caused by inaccurate customer-provided information. 

​

5. Materials Workmanship

​

• All welding and fabrication are perfumed to industry standards

• Material grade, thickness, and finish vary based on customer selections and project needs. 

• Final product durability depends on proper installation, use, and maintenance

• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, alterations, weather exposure, or improper installations by third parties.

6. Turnaround Times

​

Any provided timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Turnaround may be affected by:

​

• Material availability

• Weather (for mobile/onsite work)

• Design changes

• Workload

• Supplier delays

We will communicate any significant changes to schedule whenever possible.

​

7. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Custom orders may not be refundable once materials are purchased or fabrication has begun.

• Standard repairs may be canceled before work starts, subject to fees for time or inspection. 

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.

8. Warranty & Liability

​

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

​

• We guarantee workmanship quality at time of completion

• This warranty does not cover improper installations, misuse, negligence, corrosion, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Mythic Metalworks is not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages​

  • Structural failures due to customers-provided designs

  • Damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete project information

Some Tennessee consumer protection laws may apply where required.

9. Safety & Compliance

​

• All work is performed using safe practices and in accordance with applicable Tennessee and local regulations.

• Customers must disclose any hazardous materials, conditions, or equipment that may affect safety during fabrication or onsite work.

10. Website Use

​

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach security features

• Copy or misuse content, images, or designs

• Upload harmful or malicious code

All website content is the property of Mythic Metalworks unless otherwise stated.

11. Intellectual Property

Designs, drawings, or plans created by Mythic Metalworks remain our property unless purchased outright under a separate agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited

13. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee 

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the county in which Mythic Metalworks operates.
